Order Processing

1. Place Order

• Customer can place order by Shopping Cart
• Or you can place order by phone

2. Order Confirmation

• We will contact customer to confirm order information

3. Payment

• Customer should ask order information before using PayPal or credit card
• Or you can transfer to our Bank of China account 012-586-1-027915-9
• Or you can issue cheque addressed to "GLORIFY TRADING CO."
• Payment should be settled within 3 days. Otherwise, order will be cancelled

4. Delivery

• Goods will be delivered in two days in normal condition after payment is received 
• Delivery date and time will be cofirmed by our delivery team
• Goods are delivered in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories only
• $50 additional charge per order will be applied if the goods need to be delivered by pulling cart
• $20 additional charge per piece per floor will be applied if there is no elevator
• $60 additional charge per order will be applied for delivery to Ma Wan
• $100 additional charge per order will be applied for delivery to Tung Chung
• $250 additional charge per order will be applied for delivery to Discovery Bay
